National Capital Holdings ("NCH") is a Maryland limited liability company, which is independently owned by four Managing Members (Casey P. Aiken, Rory S. Coakley, Harry A. Kettmer and Stephen J. Smet).

Yes, we have many years of experience in structuring 1031 exchanges or similar tax deferred strategies. There are many ways to structure an acquisition or disposition to achieve your investment goals.


I have a property for sale that does not meet one of National Capital Holdings Acquisition Criteria. May I still submit the property?
Yes, please contact us. Our Acquisition Criteria are only guidelines. Sometimes, a property outside of these guidelines presents a great opportunity for a mutually beneficial transaction between National Capital Holdings and a potential seller.
