J. Smet. The team has over 114 years
of real estate experience between them
in the areas of commercial real estate
investment, brokerage, management, consulting
and real estate law. Since 2001, members
of the team have acquired fourteen properties
valued at over $110M. During this time,
the team has delivered consistent returns
to their investors.
